Robin Ave

Based out of Baptcare Coasthaven Community Hub, NCI partners with local residents to develop grassroots initiatives which respond to a variety of community based challenges and opportunities. In particular, many of the projects birthed at our Robin Ave side focus on issues of health and nutrition, food security and food accessibility.

The core of our work at Robin Ave commons stems from our Social Enterprise Cafe - The Aviary. The Aviary Cafe was birthed in 2019 to help address food security and accessibility, social isolation and on the job training and employment pathways for those who live in Norlane.
