Our team lives and works alongside our neighbours to co-create shared solutions to local challenges. We work to build relationships with our neighbours and grow a deeper understanding of the history and story of our community.

We start by encouraging and building on what is good and already flourishing in the neighbourhood.

By bringing people together, dreaming and working from the bottom up we believe change is possible.

We believe that people in our neighbourhood are adversely impacted by systems outside of their control. Our role is to speak up and challenge these systems and work collectively for a better alternative.
We have always believed that local transformation happens best when it actively involves the people who live in our community. Because of this, our team lives and works alongside our neighbours. We share life and work together to develop solutions to local challenges and opportunities. Our dream is to build a localised movement of neighbours working, living and co-creating a thriving neighbourhood.
In order to achieve this vision, our work focuses on activating the key strengths and resources in our neighbourhood: People, Places and Projects.

People
By building a network of relationships and creating spaces for belonging, we are enhancing social capital, investing in people’s strengths and skills and helping our community build resilience. Fundamentally, our work is focused on building a network of trusted relationships that can be catalysed for positive social outcomes across our neighbourhood.

Places
Across our community, there are spaces that play an important role in helping people in our community connect with each other and access vital services. Because of this, we seek to invest in these spaces and activate them so that they benefit the needs of the people who live here.

Projects
Working alongside people in our community, we seek to design and implement projects, enterprises and initiatives which address locally identified challenges and opportunities.
